I'm upgrading my processor to an e8400. My current motherboard is a DFI Lanparty, and I like it. So I'm planning on getting the DFI DK P35-T2rs mobo. I want to run 4 gb of RAM using Windows Vista Ultimate (32 bit).

So, I'm thinking of these 2 (Mushkin vs. GSkill):

I like the price of the GSkill, and I'm currently running GSkill in my current (and soon to be former) mobo. But I'd like to get a good OC and would be willing to pay extra if the increase in cost came with an increase in performance. Is the apparent better support for Mushkin worth the additional $10 and the 2 - 3 mo. wait for a rebate?

Whadda ya think?

They both overclock quite well, and they both use the same IC's (memory modules). From what I've heard, they overclock about the same, also, although the Mushkin may very well overclock slightly higher.
