Which 250+GB SSD to get

Trying to figure out which drive I should buy for my new P8Z77-V Deluxe rig.
Looking for a high-end drive with good performance, about 250GB in size - money isn't an issue.
If there are any new SSDs being released in the near future (M5S comes to mind) I have an old 120GB SSD i can use till then but I don't wanna wait for more than 1-2 months.
Any suggestions?

I second MontyAC. If you want it now, get a Plextor M3Pro. If you can wait maybe a couple weeks, get a Plextor M5Pro when it is available.

I'd recommend a Samsung 830, well performing even if used and very reliable. I also like the fact, that controller and flash comes from the same manufacturer.

I honestly have kind of lost track of all these newfangled ssds these days. Performance has long crossed the threshold where they are all indistinguishable with desktop performance. Even in terms of stability and data safety, I haven't heard any reports in a long time about major issues with any SSD.

Is it wrong to say just go with the cheapest made by any major SSD player (intel, ocz, corsair, and samsung) in this day and age of constant rapid firmware updates? You can be really fickle and look at what happened with older 1st and 2nd generation SSDs, but when I look at the crop today, they all have really good reliability and excellent performance.
