Which 22 LCD WS Monitor

Sceptre looks better, nice bezel, both TN panels...umm, I'd go with the Sceptre!

Between nearly-no-name X2Gen and Sceptre x22wg, I would go with the Sceptre,
but not with great enthusiasm. Good thing you can easily return it at Costco in case of problems.

As you might have seen in the LCD Buyer's Guide Thread, the LG L226WT is currently the best 22-inch monitor, but it is more expensive.

I see from your sig that you have been interested in buying a used 22-inch monitor. If you want to stay within a specific budget and can wait a few months, prices will keep coming down until the LG, or another top-rated monitor, eventually fits into your budget.

Well, i bought the Sceptre for $215 shipped here on ther FS/FT forums. no dead pixels on the monitor aswell. i figured for that price i cant go wrong, especially since i sold my Acer 19inch WS for $200cash .
