Most high end monitors have them, especially 21 inchers. Some examples are the Samsung 1200NF and the Viewsonic PF815.

Just about any monitor that size would have it. They don't make Cheapo monitors that size. Sure they have "value" monitors, but no cheapo ones. Any montor that size would likely be one of the flagshitps for that manufacturer. manufacturers tend not to skimp on their flagships.

It appears that the new Iiyama 22" monitor has two 15-pin VGA inputs for two computers on one monitor (this is nice switch feature, does the ones you people mention have a button or swich to choose which input -BNC or VGA- you want to view?), but no mention of BNC. This is odd from one of the best monitor producers around, they use Mitsubishi tubes.
