Which 2.5" usb enclosure?

Are all 2.5" usb enclosure self-powered using just 1 usb cable? Most of these enclosures come with 2 cables, although without power adapter--1 for I/O and 1 for power, requiring 2 usb ports. I want to install a laptop HD into it and carry without taking too many cables and adapter like my 5.25" external HD.

So my question is, which exclosure will only require 1 usb cable for I/O and power?
