which 15$ fan for athlon xp?

yea, i just want a $15 fan for my athlon xp 1900. im not planning on overclocking. whats the best once, preferably quiet since im not over clocking.

i'm assuming you need a heatsink fan unit, and i recommend the SVC GC68. and for quiet operation, add a panaflo (24cfm/21dba) fan to that heatsink.
