The Ti4200 Turbo is kind of a misnomer, if you are considering this card, it is more a replacement for the void left by the discontinuation of the ti4400. You can't really compare it to a ti4200 at the increased price, but it does do as well or better than the ti4400's and is almost identical in price.
The card itself is plain awesome to look at, from its sturdy 8-layer blue PCB to its impressive copper thin-finned HSF and aluminum ramsinks. Its a big'un like the ti4400's and ti4600's, so make sure you don't have any memory banks or clips behind your AGP slot or IDE connectors that may get in the way.
Software package is nothing spectacular, Serious Sam and Motocross madness. WinDVD is a nice touch if you don't already have a player, or know someone who doesn't. Supplied drivers and tweaks are crap, better off using whatever tweak utilities you are accustomed to. As for options, this card has DVI, Analog and TV-out, no VIVO if thats a feature you want. Again, all connectors included.
If you are looking to OC, the 64MB ti4200's will get you to the speeds you want; I dont think the 128MB ti4200's will get you there with the 4ns RAM. I'm running it at 310/650, I get artifacts at 310/700, but others are running it that fast. I'm pretty sure they either had mobos that allowed them to up their AGP voltage or they manually modded their cards (BIOS flash?) or boards to draw more power. I've been upgrading a lot and working a lot as well, so I haven't had the time to get everything "tweaked".
Either way, you'll see a nice difference with a new vid card
