Which 120mm Fan is better?

Well I found both of these server grade 120mm Fans in the back of my closet and want to put one of them in my case. I only have room for one though. I will need to rewire them as they do not have molex cords on them.

Those both appear to be AC-powered fans. Are you sure that you can rewire them to take DC?

I'd go with the 37db fan.

47db would be way to loud for me.
