Just looking to get some opinions. Which 10/100 Lan + 56k combo PCMCA card is best of these three?

Xircom RBEM56G-100

Linksys PCMLM56

3Com 3CXFEM656C

I would be using it with Windows Me in my notebook.

I would get the Xircom one. We use Xircom at work and they are great. The realport connection is one of the best out there b/c you don't have a dongle to lose 🙂
