Where's This Coin From?

Found this coin in the Walmart parking lot yesterday. Anyone know what country it's from? Kind of hard to see, especially the back. It's scraped up, and has uneven tarnishing.

Probably cadmium from old batteries :^D

It feels pretty cheap. Brass colored, but I think it's lighter than brass. Maybe a high zinc content?
