Where's the ROG logo?

i've got a Rampage Formula.

usually, when we turn on our ROG PC, the ROG logo should come out right? the "red eye" one together with "press DEL to enter setup".

but mine doesnt show up. Anyone can tell me how to fix this up?

Try going into BIOS and looking for some sort of "Full Screen Logo Show" option or similar?
