Where's the "helpers"?

Since i'm a little dumb & don't know HTML, etc., I always used the "helpers" when posting or replying to a thread. By "helpers", I mean "bold", "italics", "underline", links, etc.
Can anyone help as to where I can learn how to do this now that the "helpers" are gone?

You're looking for the editor options, near the bottom here:

The import reset everybody to basic options. Everyone should take a few minutes to go through their options and ensure everything is set the way you like.
