Where's the explanation of icon meanings?

Like the little red thing atop the image of a page, to left of a thread title.

FAQ and Help don't have a definition of such icon meanings. Is there one somewhere?

The bit of red color means it's a stickied thread that will stay at the top.

The padlock means locked.

Those two are done by the mods

Otherwise, we lost the ability to choose thread and post icons (unless in the body of our posts) when the thread ratings feature was disabled. Fusetalk just uses the defaul icon.

The default icon is generally just the notepad looking thingy (like the one top left next to the date/time stamp on your post here). Why some have the orange circular thingy (some thread icons), IDK.
