or if your in Canada don't use these guys shipping is to much, there is a good Caindain one but I can't think of it right now.

I get mine at futureshop most of the time for DVD-R I use Maxell made in Japan hard to find now though.

or DVD+R I use FujiFilm they are Taiyo Yuden make sure they say Made In Japan.
 
I pick mine up when I need it at Costco, Office Depot, Best Buy, or CompUSA. I never buy media on line because I shop for sales.
