Where's the best/cheapest place to buy Laptop Memory ?

I'm looking to buy Memory laptop for my old Toshiba Satellite 4010 Series.
Where's the best/cheapest places to buy?
I'm looking for 128mb RAM.

If it uses regular 'ole SODIMM I've seen 128MB for $20 after MIR @ Best Buy and Circuit City after rebate.
