Is intel even making cC0 stepping 750E's? I mean the 800E cC0's easily make it to over 1gHz. The 750E@1000 would be the ideal CPU for me! I NEED ONE!

Richie, I know of 3 major west coast distributors that have none in stock.I've been trying to replenish my stock of 700 cC0, and even asked for 750-800 in both boxed, oem, fc-pga or slot one. Nothing. I don't know why the shortage unless they are all holding back trying to get rid of cB0.

Damn! Well I guess the ol 550E@733 will hafta last me a while longer (used to be 825 but the new 10K U160 HD doesn't like anything but PCI=33).

I'll soon have around $360. Maybe I'll just go AMD, but I like the simplicity of intel w/o any stupid drivers. The stability of W2k is awesome, i finally ditched 98

How well do p3 800E cc0 overclock? Would you guys know if the P3V4X support the p3-800e cc0?

The cC0 750's@1000 were briefly in stock here in the UK at overclockers.co.uk, but they literally removed them after about a week. Now they have 700's @ 933, but mainly they seem to be focusing on Durons and Thunderbirds. 1.1Ghz gaurenteed to 1.25Ghz :)
