Where's tech support for UT2003?

I installed the latest patch for UT2003 and now when I try to play online, so many of the servers report "incompatible files".

I want to find out why and how to fix this but there seems to be no tech support for the game.
 
What does your manual say about support? How about the readme file on the CD / in your HD folder?

You can also go to gamespy.com and navigate to PlanetUnreal.

[ ed ] but the likely answer (guessing) is that the servers just haven't updated yet.
 
I wonder if it's because I installed debonus.zip file or the way I installed it. I did this about the same time I installed the mentioned patch.
I installed it by noting the file extensions and placing them in the folders where UT2003's files with similar extensions were stored. The debonus.zip file had no installations instructions and unless I'm supposed to used the command line interface for UT2003, these additional games aren't listed in the single player list of games.
