Hi Anita,
I tried to call the number that you left on my voice mail (the same number listed at the bottom of your email) several times. I get a recording that tells me that the number I have dialed is a non-working Dell number. It then tells me to call the 800 number and hangs up on me.
In response to your email, I have received nothing. Nothing at all. I ordered the original laptop and received a shipment confirmation (no tracking number) on April 17. I waited ten days and received no tracking number. The Web site said that the laptop was "In Transit to Local Carrier".
After maybe another week, I was told that the shipment had been lost and a replacement would be sent.
On May 4, Niveditha XXXXXXX sent me an email that tells me that the replacement laptop was being sent by FedEx overnight. I immediately responded to let him/her know that I am no longer at my mother's address and would prefer to have the replacement laptop shipped to my school address.
On May 10, Niveditha told me that a request to pickup and redeliver the product to my address had been made and would require 24 to 48 hours to process. Nothing happened.
On May 12, Shruthi XXXXXXX told me that they had filled out logistics form to reroute the replacement laptop to me. Nothing happened.
On May 15, FedEx returned the replacement laptop to Dell.

On May 15, I emailed Shruthi and Niveditha and asked what I should do.
On May 17, Shruthi responded that she would have the replacement laptop sent back to me. She asked me to allow 48 business hours for the request to be processed. Nothing happened.
It's May 24, and you're now emailing me to confirm delivery of both laptops??? It's been five weeks, and I have nothing at all. As I said to Shruthi, I'm frustrated. I have no idea what's going on. I have all the emails from the discussions with Shruthi and Niveditha if you'd care to see them.
Thanks,
Dennis
