Where's my HD space!?

Ok so I figured out how to get the system to recognize the hard drive. But now when I go to install Win XP, it only sees 131070 MB. This drive is 250 Gigabytes. What gives here?! I have only 1 SATA Hard drive installed on the nVidia controller, so not using RAID. Disabled RAID functionality in the BIOS. Do I need to still make a RAID driver disk and install the RAID drivers when installing XP anyway? The way it looks now, the Windows XP installer doesn't see about 120 Gig of my drive!
