Running a p2-500 on an intel 815 board,After swiping the 13 gig quantum cx and reinstalling win98se , i patched windows and installed drivers. All went honkey dorey. So i install 3d2000 bench and it makes it about 20 seconds through the demo loop and freezes solid (the swanky soundtrack continued though)Btw . voodoo 3-3000 agp , sblive value, all irq's are kosher. So i throw in final reality , it see's the mmx ,but doesn't come up with the AGP detected message. It runs final reality fine ,but seems very peculiar . Has anyone ever had this agp disappearing act happen before?
 
ive never heard of anything like that but you might want to try the basic fixes 🙂
new drivers for motherboard, video card (might be compatability fix in drivers) etc etc hope this helps 🙂
