Child Abuse


Somebody at that site posted that the parent's suspected the nanny of beating their child so they set up this cam. the lawyer for the nanny tried to give the defense that the video is inadmissable because she didn't know she was being recorded, but since it was in the house of the parents and not in a private area such as the bedroom or bathroom it is admissable. they also said she got 15 - 20 years. i don't think that's enough

wtf doesn't god have to do with this??? let me 'preach' to you

what sort of god would allow this child to experience such pain? is that a god that loves his "children"? why did he not just smite that women the moment she raised her fist at the baby???

Where's God? God is an abstract concept invented by humanity to provide artificial meaning to our lives. The event in that video have nothing whatsoever to do with such a thing as "God".

i brought god into this because i don't see how a god can exist when something like this occurs

What sort of god would allow the BTK killer to do his thing, would allow genocide throughout africa? Allow Stalin, Mao, and Hitelr to even get into power? What's your point?

On a larger scale, this is nothing. This isn't even a drop in the bucket. What about the Holocaust? Or the genoicide in Sudan?

If you're serious, I'll answer it like this. The common belief associated with God is that he granted humans free will, and will almost never interfere in the day-to-day lives of humans, at least in a manner that most people will be aware of.

So either you're a troll looking for a response, or you have a very poor understanding of what many people believe God to be.

you stated it quite clearly. i find it funny that god selects certain groups of people to bring the day of reckoning to (africans, russians, chinese, jews). is He trying to fill his quotas or something?

but does a baby have free will? and why should a baby be allowed to suffer? if god is supposed to be with the meek, he wasn't with that baby


i believe that if there 'is' a god, it's in all of us and up to us to act godly to each other. follow the tenets common throughout all religions, and you will find god. i HATE the idea of worshipping a god, ANY god. but instead act godly!

Or maybe it's just the deterministic forces of history at work, and it has been at the very least a long, long time since God has had his fingers in our pies.

isn't god able to transcend time? therefore he should be able to know where humankind is headed. or he could take those souls headed to heavan right away before their even being born?
