Where's all my HD Space?

According to the Baobab utility, I'm using a 17.6GB disk (it's closer to 20GB, but I won't complain). Out of that 17.6GB's, only 3.5 remains unused. Baobab also says I'm only using 6.5GB's in my "/" directory. 17.6 - 6.5 != 3.5. Is HD space being used...elsewhere? The disk shouldn't have any partitions. For the sake of argument, I've unmounted all my NTFS partitions.
