Where's a good place to get made a website product catalog?

Any of you guys know where I find good website help for a reasonable price or maybe to find somebody to partner up with?

Received web distribution rights to a speaker company and I want to make a product catalog with a shopping cart possibly 🙂.

How much time are you willing to dedicated to this yourself?

Using shopping cart scripts you can create a product catalog website fairly easily.
 
I'm out of the loop with .ASP and SQL; honestly I'd rather just give specifciations to information and aesthetic requirements.

Right now the website is nothing but a registered domain name 🙂.
 
Also, forgot to mention some of the products can have upgrades and things like that. I suppose in idea the flow would have to be kinda like a Dell computer or automobile that way; though FAR less complicated. It's only for 15 or so items right now, but the problem is that each item has 10 or so different upgrades. I want to be able to streamline this information so it doesn't intimidate the reader.
