Where would you go to find information on new laws trying to get passed in your state.

I found out Ohio has a new transportation law in the works. It involves several things, a raise in the gas tax, lowering the DUI limit, and some other stuff. I would like to find the specifics on this law, but I have no idea where to look. Short of calling George V., where can i go to get the info? Any idea?
 
Local or state newspaper or news channel websites would be a good resource as would any state or local forums.

I'm not sure on any "official" ones but you could try checking the official website for the state of Ohio.
