Where Would I Get A Replacement Shell For Averatec Laptop?

The title says it all. It's out of warranty, and I would rather not send it off. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement shell for an Averatec 3120 laptop? Any help would be appreciated!
 
I was hoping to hold on tho the shell in hopes of finding a new mobo for it but maybe if I keep seeing this post after a lil while I might let it go. Yeah the 3120 is in the same shell. I did a lot of investigating when I was looking for a mobo. I was very close to pulling the trigger on getting 3120 innards but back out cause I didnt wanna downgrade to a celey.
 
Well I'm going to have to decline. I just checked ebay an there are other averatec cases on there. As well as the main board I need
