Where would I be able to find the following items?

Removable motherboard tray
5.25" drive caddy
3.5" drive caddy

I need the above items for a DYI computer project I plan to do. I have no spare cases or anything to rip them out of. What is the cheapest case I can buy to rip these out of in the UK? I have already tried eBay.

Alternatively, the name of the cheapest case that has these features so I can easily remove them would be great. Note that I will NOT be using te case at all - I just to be able to screw those things out of one easily, to use in a custom built case I plan to make.
