it will loose power & wind speed as it goes over the Yucatan.. we all know that..

The question is where will it go after that ?

The crawfish state 10% ( La)
That leaves about 80% for Texas

or will it go across the Yucatan & die 3%

or hit Mexico proper ( 4%)

KEITH sucked all the water out of Chetumal Bay ( about 1/2 the size of Tampa Bay ) last night. folks walking on the bottom. A cat 4... pounding Belize & Yucatan. 30 inches of rain expected.

there are going to be mud slides, floods & a lot of people will die.

still too early to tell if KEITH will die over the land or come up to the Gulf....

Isla, for now, the panhandle pocket looks safe.

yes, sharekeeper, I know that very well having followed hurricanes & the NHC for many years, & having a very personal interest due to living close to the Gulf.

The point was not "what do the computer simulations say". If I relied on them, would have evacuated 9 times, 6 of which we did not even get rain.
