Where was the multiplier modifier for ASUS A7M266 chip plugin I saw?

I remember seeing a review for this "adapter" that you plugged your CPU into that then plugged directly into the motherboard. It allowed you to modify the multiplier through DIP switches. Anyone remember where this was? Or what the name was? Or, better yet, where to get one? If I recall correctly, the article stated that it was only availaible in Japan... but I hope not....
