Where to Sell Old Parts?

I used to sell old hard drives, motherboards, etc. to a local reseller. He went out of business.

Is it worth the hassle to sell a single older processor, motherboard, etc. on eBay? Or is there an online surplus parts store that buys individual items?

Just wondering what you guys do when you have a few less than currrent parts left over that aren't enough to make a system you could give away or donate.

I guess I've been reluctant to try eBay or the forum. It just seems like dealing with some guy you never met over a part or two worth only $20 or $40 could be a hassle. Maybe he says the part is no good, etc.

I thought maybe there is a business that does this regularly. Would you guys sell an XP Palamino 1900+, or a three year old 40 GB hard drive on eBay?

Thanks. Just curious how others do it.

go for it bud, reasonable prices = sold!.... there are people selling p3 733 mhz (i have socket 370 mobo with a p3 733 and was looking to get a 1 ghz but then i wasted money on other stuff 😛 ) so yeah, i would buy a 40gig hard drive but once again no cash

Money orders only, lower than normal price, make it clear you don't offer any support services.
