Best Buy (through a survey company) has been calling my cell phone quite a bit lately to conduct surveys. From what i understand, this illegal to do since it is a cell phone. Where do i report hem. The number they called from was 586-795-3100. Each time i tell them it is a cell phone they promptly end the call saying they are not allowed to talk to cell phones.

Any ideas?
