Where to pre-order X850 XT PE 512MB online?

You can't.

IIRC, the only cards are getting shipped to game developers. There probably won't be any on the market.

Probably the best site would be ATi's own.

I'm doubtful these will be out very soon at all, as they're having a hard enough time getting the 256MB versions out, and supposedly a shortage of DDR3 is at least part of the cause, and so them wanting to pu twice as much on a single card isn't going to be very good for them from a business standpoint.

Also, isn't R520 just around the corner. I think I remember hearing its supposed to debut around E3 again (mid-May).

Who knows for sure though.

Yeah, I don't believe that anyone is taking preorders or orders for 512MB cards (other than crazy-expensive workstation cards). From what I have heard, products have only been rumored, and nothing announced. You'll probably have to wait a while before cards stard showing up .

Seriously, I looked at ATI's website and they don't sell any of their high end cards. What gives? I have seen other manufacturer's top of the line cards through online resellers with a nice mark up, but nothing built by ATI.

Anybody know why this is?

I remember checking in october and they were selling the high end stuff, but I have not seen any of it at all on thier store.
