Where to post jobs for techy people?

So company is going to be opening a position soon and want to post job online. Its for a Flash applications developer (more details to come since i WILL post it here so keep a lookout 😉).
Well these days it seems like monster is a joke and most other sites charge an arm and a leg for people that i know are out there looking already and I'd like to give the guy that actually reads the forums out there a chance.
I'm planning on positng here and another tech forum im on, actionscript.org forums, are there any other free places where there are people looking for this sort of job would congregate that anyone knows about?
 
Actionscript.org eh? You're going to be getting a heck of a lot of replies from their forums alone.
 
We used Monster to fill a VC++/MFC senior developer position in May, worked fine and the listing fee was reasonable (under $400 I think).

Sure, you'll get junk resumes but you'll get unqualified applicants no matter where you list. But Monster is the one service that everyone has heard of so you're likely to get more good resumes there (and more bad of course).
