where to plug in controller?

i dont have a port thing...i am lost..but i have somethin on my sound card that i could plug this in..will it work?
 
is it a game controller? like a game pad or joystick...

if so, yeah, it's the thing on the sound card. called midi\game port.

a port is just a connector, for the most part. ;-) good luck
