Damn, my next-door neighbor just got offered 750,000 for his house. Cute little 4-bedroom 2-bath on a half acre. Just like mine.

I bought for 225,000 12 years ago. I could use the money. But....

where to move to?

Someplace with winter, not too hot in the summer. Obviously, less expensive - so I can pay cash for a house and invest the rest for a nice cushion. Put the kids thru college, and so on.

Move to canada! Try toronto, its beautiful there, but theres that little sars thing going around.

This coming from a new yorker. You really really dont want to move here.

Then again, I live in flushing, so I probably shouldnt be talking about sars...
