Where to mount the pump...

When installing a pump in a computer case, where is a good place to put it... I have a coolermaster stacker and will be putting the radiator in the bottom psu place, so I was thinking maybe screw the pump base to one of the rails for drives since I don't have anything down there...

Or does it need to be level, do i need to screw holes through my case or can I just heavy duty tape it down?
 
If your not going to be moving the rig around (like to LAN parties) then securing the pump to the case isn't really needed. Just find a place for it to sit and call it good.
