I got my car shipped from out of state to CA and I need to install license plates on the front bumper. Is there a kit that I can buy from stores? or do I have to install it from a dealer?

Just drill some holes in the front bumper and screw the license plate into it...especially if it's a Lambo.

You're a high roller so I'm sure you have a cordless drill somewhere.

Yes you can buy stuff from Autoparts stores to mount it or if you have a front grille of some sort you can zip tie it to it.

The best solution is to not live in California. Being a former Ohio resident, I can sympathize with the draconian front plate, though. I used zip ties for mine because my front bumper was modified, and lacked mounting spots. Lots of people put them on the dash but I am pretty sure this is illegal.

Factory location?

I had mine zip-tied for a while but ended up screwing it into the holes in the bumper...as much as I don't like it..

Sometimes there are little dimples in the bumper cover to mark where you can drill holes to mount a plate.
