where to have custom made rheobus?

I've got some particular switches that I want to use for a Rheobus and most of the Rheobus I've seen online are a bit overboard. (too many LEDS, too many ligths, etc.)

I just want a Reheobus to fit in a 3.5" bay with the switches I have already.

Anyone know of a place that does mods? Or a place I can get a Rheobus kit? I used to find the kits all over the net before..but I can't seem to find any now.
