Where to go from here?

Hi all,
I got a Gigabyte 8667pe ultra with a p4 2.4b 533. In the bios it has frequency 133 so I moved it up to 150. When i boot up mem is 375 and cpu is 2.7G that is with stock hsf. All voltages are at default. It hangs at 160. I have run a few games at 150 seems stable enough. Can't tell the temp. The case is aluminum, psu antec true 380. To get more which hsf should I get and what settings should I try changing? The mem is pc2700 samsung by the way.
Thanks
Zoey

What I would do, is try to find out what block you at 160fsb. Is it your ram or cpu ?
If it's ram, then lower the mem ratio and up the fsb. You could also lower the timing of your ram.
If it's the cpu, up vcore voltage and crank that fsb.

The stock retail heatsink is very good, and some accomplish very good speed with that hsf.
