Where to go for a long weekend?

Edinbrough, Scotland
Paris, France (already been)
Amsterdam, Netherlands (lived there for 6 months)
Somewhere in Wales
Copenhagen, Denmark

Anyone have any reccomendations? We are trying to stay on the cheap, and unfortunately with how crappy our dollar is right now, nothing is cheap.

Likely between 4-8 peeps total.
