Well? I need something to do after work besides go back to my apartment and play Civilization III. I'm looking for any kind of fishing I can do from shore. Thanks in advance!

You can fish off lake washington can't you? Theres a little wooden walking bridge that you see on the right when yo'ure heading west on 520 towards the U disitrct. I've seen a guy fish off that I think. ALthough im not sure about his success

Go buy Battlefield 2 and play that instead of Civ III. 😀

I pre-ordered it, but it was shipped to my parents' place in Ellensburg. I'll pick it up this weekend. 😉

Cool. I'll see if I can find any information on fishing in Lake Washington. Thanks!

Oh, maybe you can rent a row boat from UW and just row yourself out to a spot. I know that its pretty cheap to rent one if u have a UPASS

Will definitely look into that. Any idea how much it would be if I don't attend UW?

I would suspect most of the descent fishing is offshore in the saltwater.
You would probably want to check out some of the fresh water lakes within a 1-2 hour radius of where your at. I would definately want to get out of the city before I ate them.
There are many radio stations in Seattle with sportsman shows usually on weekends I think. hunting/fishing columns in the local newspaper write or call them for some tips.
I am a couple hours south of seattle there are many lakes. streams,bays...etc to throw a line in, some quite good.
