Where to get TI-86 Cable??

I need to get the cable that allows me to hook up to my computer and download stuff to the calculator...and the cable that lets me link to another calculator...its for a TI-86...where can I get them?

Graph Link is the one that allows internet connection. You can get it for like $15. The cable that allows connection between two calcs come with the calculator. If you bought it used, and it didn't come with it, you're screwed.

i don't know if ti83+ cables work with 86, but u can get ti83+ connectivity kit for $15 - $15 rebate = free

Where? I don't know why it wouldn't work.

it's the same cable. If you goto Staples, they carry the graphlink for $15-20, as does Best Buy and every other major electronics store. The single male to male cable will work on ANY ti-graphing calc for calc-to-calc transfers, however, not all ti calc are compatible with each other. For example, a ti-83 can only "link" with another 83. A ti-85 can only send and receive with another 85. BUT...a ti-86 can receive from an 85, but not send.

You could play some games across different calculator versions though.. ;) ZTetris was fun. :D

hey! i was thinkin about getting one for my ti-86 too! i looked it up on ebay, and they sell it for less than 10 bucks, so its a good deal. they are all serial cables tho, i rather have usb but they don't have those.
