Where to get screenshots of SB card install?

Specfically Windows 98/95. I do not have a SB (SoundBlaster) sound card, so that won`t work.

At worse, what program (free) can I use to take basic screenshots (small in kb size)?

Yes I know Windows button + PrintScreen = MS Paint, which is crap.
