Where to get replacement fan for 8k7a motherboard

THe fan that is on my mobo is not sounding like it has much life left in it, any ideas on where to get a replacement??

Call Epox for a replacement, or buy a 40mm fan from 2cool, Plycon, or the other fan stores.
 
this is the fan for the northbridge chip, does the fan just sit on a heatsink or is it a one piece deal
