Where to get portable TVs online?

I need a small TV for my mom. Something with a 3-4" screen that she can hold in her lap would be ideal. Haven't seen any at BestBuy or Circuit City online, so I'm looking for a place that sells them.

I'm also curious if these sets will handle the DTV conversion that's coming in less than a year's time? Any reccomendations are appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think there are any with digital tuners.

I think OLED could make a really killer in route here. Exceptionally bright, high res, thin screens with a Lithium battery would leave plenty of room for a digital tuner behind it. Compact yet gorgeous picture.
