Where to get plastic/vinyl replacements for rotting pieces of my front porch?

I just need a couple of bandisters, and some of those straight pieces that goes between the top and bottom pieces of wood.

i'm tired of wood rotting. I want to replace w/something maintenance free.

Lowes only sells the whole set.

anyplace that sells by the piece? and is it easy to cut to fit?
