Where to get Newer HP ILO 4 firmware upgrades?

Had a VMware esx server just cut power last night. Can access the ILO GUI but the remote console does not power on when I remotely press power on. It's reporting BIOs/iLO degraded.

Tried getting an ILO 4 firmware upgrade from HP website but it says it's been removed. It's a DL360 Gen8

My problems are similar to those posted here but I can't even remotely power it on.

As a money grab a few years ago HP changed their policy so you have to pay for a yearly support agreement (cafe pack) to be able to download certain things from their website. So unless you have a login from the support agreement you're pretty much SOL. This basically makes used HP servers now have zero resell value, and depending on the type of server you have expect to pay 10-60% of the server costs a year for the care pack (a $300 proliant Microserver has a $100-200 care pack option).

Yup, Used HP servers used to be my goto servers. When they announced this policy it was pretty annoying. If you search hard you can still find the latest firmware mirrored on other sites.
