Where to get lame.exe for Foobar2000?

Where can I get the lame.exe file needed to rip a cd with Foobar2000. All my searches have ended in dead ends. rarewares.org seems to have disappeared :\. I also guess there are many different lame versions/creators so I would like a decent one please.

Shouldn't be, but I'm not on Windows to check. It should just install the libraries, and any program that needs them will grab as necessary.

Weird. I tried the .exe file earlier and it didn't install but it is working fine now. By default it installs to C:\Program Files (x86)\Lame For Audacity.
