I bought mine from Mircopro in the US - If you wait on it to come to Canada you might just get old. I find it is always better to buy stuff in the US e.g. 256 Cas 2 SDRam from Crucial with free shipping is $150 (final bill) while in Canada it ranges from $139 to 145 + taxes - a bit cheaper and U get better quality.
