where to get I/O pannels?

Antec used to have some on their site... i'm looking for the ones that have the LAN cut out. I thought motherboards came with them.. but it seems like they don't these days (or maybe it's just the manufac).

Anyway, if anyone knows a place to get them, care to share?

I usually just email the case manufacturer with a description of what I need (try here). Antec and Palo Alto have both been responsive in the past.

yeah, i did that as well. i was hoping to get a sympathetic CSR... but they want $3.50 for it.. but w/ $5 shipping.. ouch.
