Where to get Enterprise Manager?

Where do I get a copy of enterprise manager? I mean I am not asking for an illegal copy but I just want to know if its something you buy separately or it comes with the discs when you buy SQL or Windows 2000 or something.
Thanks

It is on the SQL Server installation CD.
Run the "Desktop" install, then select to install the "Management Tools" from there. Afterwards run the Client Network Utility (it'll be in the start menu SQL... program group) to connect it to the SQL Server. That should do it. Oh, if you're going to do TCP/IP as the connection, it's port 1433 by default
